MDG Goal:
Eradicate Extreme Poverty and Hunger
Among the goals mentioned by my fellow DC1 students, I feel more sympathy for those families who crave for shelter, clothing, and all of the other necessities, especially food… There was a time when I experienced eating with the less fortunate people; our food at that time was fish “tinola” and rice, the food were place in a very large container, we just dip the plastic cup in getting the rice and somebody will just add soup. For me, it’s just simply an ordinary food, but I never thought of the magic that the fish soup could contribute to those individuals.
Based from my experienced, I would simply define development as change. A group of human beings starving for food and with the help of the fish soup their starvation for that particular day was lessen. It brought up development in a sense that changed for the betterment was prioritized.

development
Development, for me, is a process in which we apply changes that promotes growth, improvement, and effectiveness. Based from real situations, when I was younger I used to be the person who gave so much agony to my parents. It is because at a young age, I was given the freedom to live independently. Unfortunately, I fail to be reminded of my limitations as an individual. The healing process was so much difficult for me; emotionally, I cleanse out all my negative feelings (rebellious feelings), physically, I take really good care of myself, psychologically, I started setting priorities, socially, I begin treasuring people who gave me so much importance, and spiritually, I stretched out my hands to the Almighty. So, my life has transformed not so much through goodness but at least for the betterment. Indeed, I ended up being a more developed person.

communication
WeLcoMe To My siTe! cOmmunication is...
the process of sharing ideas, information, and messages with others in a particular time and place. Communication includes writing in talking, as well as nonverbal communication (such as facial expressions, languages, or gestures), visual communication (the use of images or pictures, such as painting, photography, video , or film), and electronic communication (telephone calls, electronic mail, cable television, or satellite broadcast). It is a vital part of personal life and is also important in business, education, and any other situation where people encounter each other.
